All returns of new and unused merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Judith Leiber reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements.
